The Practitioner Gate

Most people offering process help in this sector will not tell you how they handle information until you ask. Here it is before you ask.

Four rules. They are not negotiable and they do not change per engagement. Print this, forward it, or hand it to the practitioner who will want to interrogate it.

RULE 01

De-identification happens before anything leaves your organisation

Names, dates of birth, participant identifiers, addresses and anything else that could identify a person are removed at your end, by your team, using a process we set up together. What crosses the boundary is structure and content, never identity.

This is deliberately your side of the line. A promise that I will handle identifiable information carefully is worth less than an arrangement where I never receive it.

RULE 02

AI-assisted preparation touches de-identified content only

Where preparation is assisted by AI tooling, it operates on de-identified material. There is no exception to this, no expedited version of it, and no circumstance in which a deadline makes it acceptable.

RULE 03

The practitioner authors and approves every regulated document

No regulated document is produced without a practitioner authoring it, reviewing it and approving it. Nothing is auto-submitted. Nothing arrives at a practitioner as a finished document to be rubber-stamped, because a document that arrives finished is a document nobody really read.

Clinical judgement belongs to the person qualified and accountable for it. Process work stops at the edge of that judgement, and the stopping point is the product.

RULE 04

Everything is deleted at the end of the engagement

Working material is deleted when the engagement closes. You keep the kit, the templates and the process. I do not keep your content, and I do not build a corpus out of your work.

What this website collects

Nothing. There is no contact form on this site. There is no third-party script, no advertising pixel, no cookie — and therefore no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

The only JavaScript is a small animation file written for this site and served from this domain. It records nothing, stores nothing and talks to no one. Every request this page makes goes to this domain — you can verify that by viewing the source of this page.

If you email or book a conversation you are using your own email client or a booking service, and you can read their terms before you do. That is the whole story.
