About
I'm Gabriel Munyuki. I'm a business analyst — process mapping, requirements, and the unglamorous work of finding where a workflow actually breaks.
What I don't do
I don't do clinical work. I am not a behaviour support practitioner, I am not training to become one, and I have no ambition in that direction.
That boundary is the reason The Practitioner Gate exists, and it is the reason I can be useful. I improve the process around the clinical work without ever being inside it.
Why care providers
Because the problem is unusually well suited to process work. The documentation obligations are genuine and non-negotiable. The people carrying them are qualified for something else entirely. And almost none of the difficulty is clinical — it is collation, version control, template drift and handover.
Manual first, automate only what's proven. I map a process by hand before anything is automated, because automating a process nobody has understood is how organisations end up with expensive, fragile systems that no one can maintain once the consultant leaves.
The approach is not specific to the NDIS — it transfers to other regulated care settings, including aged care under the Aged Care Act 2024 and the strengthened Quality Standards. Behaviour support is where the current work is, and that is what I will talk about in detail.
Talk to me
Evening slots, because I work with providers outside business hours, alongside a full-time role. A first conversation runs 30 minutes and there is nothing to buy in it. If it isn't a fit I will say so in the call rather than send a proposal.
